How do I return an item?

All returns require prior authorization. You must contact DPS within 15 days of date of purchase. You will be given an RA number (return authorization number) to be submitted with the return. The returned product must be properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Product must be un-opened and in original un-opened package and be in a re-sellable condition to receive a refund. There is No Re-Stocking fee on un-opened returns. Electrical items and special orders are not refundable. Refunds will be charged back to your credit card within 30 days of receipt of the return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
